Diagnostics
When the handset displays this text; pressing 'select' will ask the sensor for a calibration value. This value will be the sum of the sensor value plus the autocalibration 'setting'. This can be used to cross check the 'milk sensitivity' setting under the main sensor menu.

Load Settings
When the handset displays this text; pressing 'select' will ask the handset to load all the 'saved' settings from the controller into the handset. This data can then be 'transmitted' to other controllers to exactly copy the settings from one controller to another, by using the 'transmit settings' function. The loaded settings will remain in the handset untill a new 'load settings' command changes them.

Transmit Settings
When the handset displays this text; pressing 'select' will ask the handset to transmit all the 'saved' settings from the handset into the controller. This data must be saved by pressing the 'save' button once transmission has been completed and 'success' displayed.

Settings
When the handset displays this text; pressing 'select' will enter the main menu structure as listed below. The basic method of navigating around the menu system is to use the 'select' 'esc' and 'arrow' keys. For example to change the pulse rate from 60 to 65ppm proceed as follows. Enter the controller command mode as detailed above. 'Scroll' to the 'settings' display by using the 'arrow' keys, press 'select', scroll to the 'pulsation menu' by using the 'arrow' keys, press 'select' scroll until the display shows 'pulse rate' , press 'select', the display will now show a small arrow next to the number '60' which shows that the pulse rate is currently set to 60ppm, this can now be changed using the 'arrow' keys. Once the desired rate has been reached press 'select' and then press 'save'. After save has completed if required press 'exit' to return the system to normal user mode.

The range of settings for the 'milking end setting' depends on the 'milk detection' method chosen. If STD or standard milk detection is chosen, the 'milk end setting' range would be 3 to 6 secs (the lower the number the quicker milking will end)

If ADV or advanced setting is chosen, the 'milk end setting' range would be 3 to 30. (In this case however the HIGHER the number the quicker milking will end. This is because the system is responding to flow rate and not to time)
