Heat Exchanger is offered in four models
All units have threaded S.S. water inlet & outlet nipples. Models 1000-2000 have 1” nipples.
Model 2500 has 1-1/4”nipples.
Model 3000 has 2” nipples
All units 10 feet long
All milk tubes - 304 S.S.
Always install water inlet on opposite end of milk entry
pointing downward to force air out & eliminate air pockets.
Slope units at least 1/16” per ft. up to 3/4” per 10’ section.
Reduce electrical energy costs up to 30% or more.
Use eccentric drain for proper discharge drainage
