Dairy farmers who consider purchasing a
new bulk tank want to be assured that they are getting the most
for their money. The “Guardian”
is the first and only temperature recorder developed specifically
for farm bulk tank applications.
It provides the farmer with a hard-copy
record of how his milk is being cooled and stored, as well as
the time and temperature of his cleaning cycles. He’ll
be able to optimize his cooling, protect against “hot”-loads,
and insure the tank was properly cleaned and sanitized before
re-use. The standard digital display and high temperature alarm
relay provide early warning signals of potential problems.
The “Guardian” ships to you
as a complete package, including a pre-wired sensor (no more
bulky, hard to install capillaries), ready to install on the
tank, or up to 50’ away. Charts are available in F. or
C. for 24 hr., 48., 72., or 7 day rotation. We’ll preprogram
the recorder for the charts selected but it’s easily changed
to accommodate any change in pickup schedule.
